You must provide accurate, complete registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (email, password, two-factor device and backup codes). Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Accounts are for your own use; you may not transfer, lend, or share an account without authorization.

Some features (managed servers, license codes, paid add-ons) require payment; prices are those shown at checkout.

Funds added via wallet top-up or cryptocurrency are used to purchase the corresponding services. Except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees for consumed services are generally non-refundable.

License codes, quotas, and expiry follow the terms shown at purchase. Resources that are not renewed in time (e.g. expired managed instances) may be reclaimed or destroyed — back up important data promptly.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, including publishing illegal content, infringing intellectual property, sending spam, distributing malware, conducting unauthorized intrusion or attacks, or circumventing billing or quota limits.

You may not use the Service to build sites for fraud, phishing, gambling, pornography, or other purposes prohibited by applicable law.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

You retain the rights to, and are solely responsible for, the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service (sites, articles, materials, domain configuration, etc.).

To provide and improve the Service (generation, building, deployment, caching, analytics), you grant us the license needed to process that content for those purposes.

We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or consequences of your content.

We strive to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure may cause temporary unavailability.

We may add, change, or retire features from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by appropriate means.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using and close your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

After termination, related data may be handled per our retention and deletion practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an effective date; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
